Have you (or someone you know) ever been selected to be a trial juror?

In Colorado, jury selection is underway in the trial of James Holmes, who has admitted to killing 12 people and injuring many more in the 2012 Aurora theater shooting. The judge says the trial could last through October, and Colorado Public Radio would like to understand what that experience will be like for jurors.

If you’ve served on a jury for an extended period of time, we’d like to hear from you – especially if you’ve been on a jury during a long trial or a case involving a violent crime. What were the physical, psychological or practical effects of your experience?
